Article Submission Guidelines

Welcome to "The Forensic Wizards"! We are excited to receive your contributions. Please review the following guidelines before submitting your article.

1. Article Types Accepted

  • Review Articles: Summarize recent developments in forensic science.
  • Case Studies: Share detailed analysis of forensic cases.
  • Opinion Pieces: Share your perspectives on current trends in forensic science.
  • Book Review: Review of Forensic Book that you read

2. Submission Requirements

  • Cover Letter: Include a brief cover letter introducing your article and confirming that it is your original work.
  • Manuscript: The article should be in a Word document, formatted for easy readability (use 12-point font and double spacing).
  • Anonymization: Ensure the manuscript does not contain any identifying information about the authors to maintain a fair review process.
  • Copyright Form: Authors retain copyright of their work and must submit a signed copyright form with their submission.

3. Formatting Guidelines

  • Length: Articles should generally be between 1,500 to 3,000 words.
  • Images and Tables: Include high-quality images or tables where necessary. Ensure all images are properly cited and have permission for use.
  • References: Use a consistent referencing style, such as APA or MLA, and ensure all references are properly cited.

4. Ethical Guidelines

  • Human and Animal Studies: For articles involving research on humans or animals, authors must confirm that all ethical guidelines were followed, including obtaining necessary approvals and consent.
  • Conflicts of Interest: Disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to your article.
  • AI Usage: If AI tools were used for writing or editing, this must be clearly stated in the article.

5. Review Process

Submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process, where both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous to ensure impartial feedback. Authors will be notified of the outcome of the review process within 4-5 weeks. Revisions may be requested based on reviewer feedback.

6. Publication Fees

There are no fees for submitting an article. However, a nominal publication fee may be charged (depending upon the circumstances, if needed) upon acceptance to cover editorial and production costs. Fee waivers may be available for authors who face financial difficulties.
